just wanted to give you a quick reminder of some daily habits that you can
incorporate in your life to make your life more peaceful:
Daily
Habits:
1. Meditate when you wake up....
2. Be kind to someone close to you, although you know he/she will forgive your bad behavior.
3.
Write on your gratitude journal
4.
Appreciate yourself
5.
Connect with nature
6.
Everything you do, do it with focus and the best that you can do.
7.
Visualize an amazing day ahead.
8.
Read a good book or some great articles, or watch a feel good movie.
9. Eat
unprocessed, healthy food, go vegetarian for a day or a week to just clean your
system
10.
Look at the mirror and always see your authentic self, the one that is made of love.
